You may sign in using your email address and password or with your Google account. Authentication is securely managed through Firebase Authentication. Depending on the sign-in method you choose, we may process your email address, display name and basic profile information to create and manage your account.
Wisely downloads inspirational quotes and daily wisdom from Cloud Firestore. These downloads do not include your personal content or your private files.
Wisely allows you to choose images from your device, edit them, create custom quote designs and share them. Your images, edits and custom quote designs are processed locally on your device. They are never uploaded to our servers.
Wisely stores certain information locally on your device, including your favourites, reading history, language preferences, theme settings, notification preferences and custom quote projects. This information remains on your device unless you remove the app or clear its data.
Wisely uses local notifications to remind you to read your daily wisdom. These reminders are scheduled directly on your device. Wisely does not use cloud push notifications for these reminders.
When you choose to share a quote or image, Wisely uses your device's standard sharing options. Your content is shared only with the app or service you choose.
Wisely does not intentionally collect or store your contacts, precise location, messages, or the images and custom quote designs you create. Your personal creations remain on your device unless you decide to share them.
We use Firebase Authentication and industry-standard security practices to help protect your account information. While we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information, no electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Wisely is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental consent where required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any significant changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
